Fomos bem atendidos, porém achei a estrutura do prédio bem antiga, o acesso ao chuveiro do banheiro, achei super perigoso (no mínimo precisaria de uma escada pra entrar dentro da banheira e sair tbem, pq era muito alta, uma idosa por exemplo jamais conseguiria tomar banho ali). O café da manhã é de boa qualidade.

Longe de tudo e custo/benefício negativo.
As instalações do hotel são sofríveis. Comprei o pacote de estadia por 344 reais e na chegada havia oferta por 199 reais a diária. O elevador parecia despencar a cada uso. Escadas de emergência sem iluminação. Quarto com telefone quebrado. Quarto com camas sem lençol e sem toalhas. Sem sabonete e xampoo. Televisão com sistema pirata e inútil. A piscina deveria ser interditada pelo estado imundo da água. O atendimento do pessoal foi de extrema cordialidade, mas não evitou a frustração.

Hotel não condiz com as fotos do anúncio. Me senti enganado. Prédio com aspecto de abandonado. O quatro e grande, porem paredes sujas, cheiro de mofo, tomadas danificadas e um total despreparo da equipe na tratativa com o hospede. Foi decepcionante. Fique tão desanimado que preferi nem tomar café da manha. Achei caro o valor diante da entrega. Péssimo custo benefício. Percebesse que o hotel já foi bom um dia, mas agora não é mais.

Decepcionante e tenebroso.
Funcionários bem dedicados mas infelizmente reféns da péssima estrutura do hotel. Simplesmente muito sujo, mofado e velho e antigo. Toalhas como pano de chão. Camas muito boas, mas o quarto cheio de manchas causadas pelo tempo. Zero manutenção da estética da estrutura. Chega a dar medo fazer check in pela parte da noite. Espelhos quebrados, eletrodomésticos antigos… enfim; decepcionante. Funcionários muito atenciosos e solicitos. Mas inclusive eles comentam sobre o desleixo dos proprietários com a estrutura do estabelecimento. Uma pena. O espaço tem muito potencial.
