Kate the Reception Office Manager was excellent and went the extra mile in sorting a minor problem in our room, and even gave us two complimentary drinks. The dining is very good. The breakfast, which was included, is one of the best I’ve had. Full marks for breakfast and excellent staff. Great value, recommend in highest terms.

An unplanned stay
Staff were very friendly and accommodating We decided to stay on a whim so we had nothing with us. The hotel supplied toothbrushes toothpaste and other products which saved us a trip to the chemist. The breakfast was very good and our room was very quiet hence a peaceful nights sleep. Overall very happy and would go back there again. Good location.

I’ve never stayed in a holiday inn express before and I don’t know why. Clean, fresh and friendly staff. I’ve never seen so many coffee machines in the morning, no queuing for the caffeine fix. The pizza u had for my tea was really good as well

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Belfast, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The breakfast was a definite highlight – there was a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruits to a hearty cooked breakfast. It was delicious, and the staff kept everything well-stocked even during the busy hours. The location is also very convenient, close to the city center, which made exploring Belfast easy. Overall, the combination of friendly service, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere made my stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Belfast!
