I like that it was located close to where we needed to be. The restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner. Staff were lovely. I didn't like that my shower tray was not cleaned properly. The shower head angle is odd yet water still falls out of shower tray. Extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom. I think I was on a noisy floor. Occupants in next room (?) had tv on so loud - way past 1am. Everyone's doors close so loudly. I didn't get any sleep for the 2 night stay. Lovely hotel otherwise.

Great Bar Staff
Speedy check in. Room was ready when we arrived at 1:00pm. Room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. We spent quite a few hours in the bar. All the bar staff were very good. Drinks and cocktails etc were brilliant.

Excellent location for everywhere. Bars, restaurants, shopping and round the corner from the hop on hop off buses outside the City Hall. Room was clean and everyone really friendly.

Great hotel. Loved the drinks in the lobby. So close to everything including the bus station. Rooms were wonderful but we had spacious corner rooms. It was worth it just for the free unlimited water they give out, that’s a nice touch:)

The staff are excellent, really attentive and kind. The only thing id say is, the floors and bathroom in our room werent the best kept. We came with my baby who is walking, and there were constantly bits of fluff that were never hoovered up, and the ceiling of the bathroom was flaking away. But seriously, other than that, all was lovely, and great location.

Nice but could improve.
Great location with modern amenities, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Cold 'hot' buffet breakfast and a heating system that only stays on for a set period before having to be manually put back on resulting in a cold room in the evening whilst sleeping.

Great location. Staff were friendly. Room was dated and buffet breakfast really poor for the price we paid. We went for breakfast on the last day at 7.45 am and got locked out of our room so couldn’t return without alerting reception. Check out was 10.30 and they shouldn’t have locked us out at 8 am in my opinion. Wouldn’t go back.

Good location, overnight parking in great northern carpark reasonable @ £12. Close to bars, restaurants and shopping area. Friendly fella at checkin. Room was clean although a more thorough hoover of the carpet along the skirting would be a suggestion as there were some hairs and dust. This did not bother us as the room apart from this was immaculate. We booked a family room for 2 adults 2 kids but were given 2 interconnecting double rooms so we had lots of space and the kids loved having their own room. Very reasonably priced for Belfast city centre hotel.
