The overall hotel was very nice and clean. I did not take advantage of any amenities aside from the restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. In regards to my actual room, the sheets on my bed were a little damp when I got in them. Additionally, the television didn’t always work. There was a narration for the visually impaired set up that I could not turn off and some of the channels didn’t work. At one point there was a rattling noise in the vent in the bathroom that was a bit loud so I had to close the door. Lastly, I woke up sweating in the middle of the night because the thermometer was at 79, when I had set it for 65. Aside from that, the shuttle to the airport was extremely easy - the staff was friendly for the most part. The proximity to the airport was excellent, as well as downtown Bozeman.

Great hotel - close to the airport, free shuttle, clean room, comfy beds, and very kind/accommodating staff. Our original room had some trouble with the heat but when we called the front desk they quickly sent someone up to check it out. Unfortunately, their quick adjustment did not help so they kindly moved us to a new room, brought us some bottled water, gave us a drink & breakfast credit, and were simply kind about the whole thing. Thanks to them!

I mistakenly reserved a room with EVEN by IHG thru Hotels.com for Feb 20. Six days pre-trip I realized my mistake and spent 3-hours trying to change to Feb 19. EVEN had the same room available on Feb 19. Hotels.com would not allow the change faulting EVEN’s policy. When I called the EVEN hotel, they faulted me for having made the reservation thru Hotels.com. I am severing my relationship with Hotels.com despite using them for at least 2 decades. When Hotels.com offers hotels with radically different change and cancellation policies, they should make those differences impossible for their customers to miss!

Well appointed room, nicely appointed lobby, excellent staff who made the most of a minor room fault. There was no rod and no hangers in the closet! It wasn't worth switching rooms at this point, so they offered me a complimentary breakfast. The construction goof was more amusing than disturbing.
