It was right in the heart of old Belgrade and a nice walks no distance from the Danube, old castle as well as the National Museum of Art. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the room - especially helpful when we had to find our delayed luggage.

Staff, the greatest asset at this hotel...
This was my second stay at this hotel in the last 2 months. The hotel is situated in my favourite Belgrade street, (for cafés and restaurants), and has car parking, (which needs to be reserved in advance), but the best asset that this hotel has from both my visits, is Gorlanda on the front desk and also her colleagues: the rooms are always clean and well presented! I will definitely stay here again on my 3rd visit in the New Year 2020!

This hotel was surprisingly very nice for the price and was only a short walk from Belgrade Fortress with many bars and restaurants nearby. The free parking was another big plus. This place is highly recommended.

A little outdated but all in all, nice room.. the hallway smelled funny, like cigarette.. the receptionists were super nice and helpful! The area was very nice and the breakfast offered at the Dorian Grey bar (2 blocks away from the hotel) was really good!

Deteriorating
This used to be our go to place in Belgrade. Over the years it has deteriorated. This time we arrived to find our room a mess. There was a portable crib half set up from the previous occupants. Also, the shower was dirty. They used to be clean and even provide a comfort kit with a razor and shaving cream among other things. We will no longer stay here. I cancelled a booking that we had for August and found another hotel.

The property was completely misrepresented. No facilities on site (breakfast was 200yards down the road) and was in poor condition. We had water dripping from the ceiling in our room and nothing was done. Staff couldn’t get us taxi’s Or anything else for that matter. A dreadfully disappointing place.

good location and friendly, but not perfect....
very helpful staff and excellent location for Belgrade and Kalemegdan. however: the bathroom drains were smelly and it wasnt even hot, might be worse in hot weather. Room temperature was ok, but it would be cold in winter. the bed was uncomfortable - the mattress had a thin top layer and i could feel the springs. If you book to include breakfast , it is served in a restaurant a few mins walk, and is a bit basic - might be nicer to have free choice of breakfast anywhere and pay for it.

Lots of extras like packets of coffee, tea, vitamin drink, hand lotion, vanity kit, together with a kettle and minibar fridge. Good wifi. Pleasant quiet location near Kalemegdan Park. Close to tram stop. On checking out we were charged an insurance fee of about $4Aus unexpectedly. This was in addition to the city tax which we had expected to pay, of about $8Aus. Our booking confirmation from hotels.com stated all taxes and fees were paid, except for city tax. We cannot understand why an insurance fee was charged, when there was no insurance claim to be made.
