Room was dirty, building not maintained Motel not as advertised, hallway and rooms were smelling of smoking or else, supposedly smoke free ! Had to struggle to get into front lobby door and entrance to room. Expedia should not associate themselves with this motel. We actually did not stay do to the conditions mentioned, we asked for a refund do to previously mentioned but stated they wouldn't since we booked thru expedia.

Could have rated 2 stars for cleanliness, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Not sure about the patrons though. The room next door seemed occupied, long term, by an either a masseuse with extras, or a “professional”. Not judging that person, just the motel. We facing south towards the Ford dealership which had large lights on all night. Annoying!

I liked the clean bathroom, lots of hot water, the spacing room, the comfortable chesterfield and the great bed. I like to leave the bathroon light on at night but the light switch also contolled the very loud fan. The Traveller's Inn obviously caters to commercial travellers more that peoplelike me looking for an affordable unit at the last minute for enjoying Sandbanks beaches. That having been said I was grateful to have found this place and in similar circumstances would stay there again. The only contact I jad with staff was check in and checkout. In both cases they were efficient, friendly and helpful.

It's a okay hotel, nothing fancy or special. Just to stay one night. It was useful for us that didn't want to drive back home. I wish the staffs new the info correctly, I said that because they have a $200 dollar deposit, which is ok but when I asked When I'd be getting this amount on card back, they said couple of hours. Which of course is not true and after 3 days I didn't get it yet.

Poor customer experience
Not a nice experience. Booked a room with king bed that said sleeps 3, assuming some type of cot or pull-out couch was available. Checking in I was told the 3rd person would sleep in the king bed. (Our 16 year old granddaughter). No compromise with check in, landed up with 2 double beds for a $40.00 upcharge. Room was ok, hallways to the room very dirty. Get what you pay for. Stayed one night, would not stay another.
