The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

all the rooms when someone enters or leaves the doors make a lot of noise early in the morning, guests start to leave and no one sleeps anymore, there is no insulation against noise

Pedi com antecedência um quarto com vista para a Lagoa da Pampulha, mas me colocaram em um quarto no primeiro andar, ao lado da cozinha, sem nenhuma visão pela janela, além do ar condicionado não estar funcionando. Péssimo quarto. Nem deveria ser disponibilizado para hóspedes. Uma barulhada durante a manhã vinda da cozinha.

O detalhe negativo foi o serviço de café da manhã. Devido ao fato de o hotel estar cheio, por volta de 9 horas da manhã, o refeitório estava lotado, não havendo lugar para nos sentarmos, além da espera de pé pela limpeza das mesas e reposição de café e acompanhamentos,
