The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

Só porque está em frente a Pampulha não quer dizer que é ótimo! Me hospedei do dia 18/08/24 até o dia 19/08/24. Quando reservei por aqui não falava sobre pagamento de estacionamento. Atendimento de duas moças que ficaram a noite é ótimo! Agora de um cara que fica na parte da manhã é péssimo, grosso, não dá um bom dia/tarde/noite. Mal olha na sua cara. Café da manhã básico do básico. Você reserva aqui achando ser um preço chega lá eles arrumam outras coisas para acrescentar. Fora uma folha que você ainda tem que assinar falando sobre não repetir café da manhã se não seria cobrado, e não tem telefone no quarto, tudo tem que ir na recepção, travesseiro não confortável, escutei barulho a madrugada toda. Sinceramente nunca fiquei em um hotel com tantos defeitos! Deveria fazer jus a localização privilegiada.

Gostei bastante, uma crítica construtiva seria dar mais atenção na limpeza das mesas do café da manhã, na hora que fui tomar café, ninguém limpava as mesas, então foi juntando vários pratos de vários clientes e foi desagradável comer com a mesa suja e cheia de pratos e copos. No mais, hotel super limpo e cama muito confortável!

Funcionários educados. Café da manha muito bom. Mas a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. A relação custo beneficio em geral, não valeu. Ja estive no hotel há seis meses atrás e a limpeza foi boa. Desta última vez não foi boa.
