This is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed here. Check in was very quick, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good with a lot of variety, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a central area of ​​BH, very close to everything and with easy access to the highways.

Me senti enganado com a recomendação do site. A nota não condiz com a realidade do hotel. Ao chegar me deparei com uma recepção despreparada pouco atenciosos, moveis feios e geladeira do lado de dentro da recepção, lobby do hotel quente ar condicionados desligados e ventiladores para todo lado. Ao chegar no quarto pia do banheiro entupida, sem lixeira no quarto apenas no banheiro, cheiro de mofo em todo o quarto, ar condicionado não gela como deveria mesmo no máximo, colchão pouco confortável. Café da manhã: com poucas opções de carboidratos (apenas pão e bolo), ambiente quente, todos os dias repete as mesmas opções, dificuldade em localizar os atendentes que não estavam bem preparados para atender os clientes, restaurante não serve no quarto em nenhum horário do dia. Elevador quebrou duas vezes que ficamos presos. Não tem nenhuma opção de lazer no hotel. Pouca segurança, usamos o estacionamento sem nenhum tipo de restrição ou fiscalização de quem entra ou sai do hotel.

O café da manhã é uma bagunça. Você tem que ficar circulando e se desviando dos funcionários. Você está servindo alguma coisa e eles te interrompem para colocar outras. Vc não acabou de comer e se não ficar esperto pegam as coisas da mesa antes de você terminar. Isso sem perguntar se podem fazer isso. Não conseguiam repor os talheres e alimentos
