Hotel com manutenção precária, local barulhento, banheiro com chuveiro ruim sem pressão d'água. Cama boa travesseiros ruins, um dos quarto tinha vazamento de água "goteiras" Café da manhã muito bom.

Finalmente um pouco de paz

Depois de muito tempo morando nesse hotel, a situação está pacificada. Normalmente consigo ficar num quarto de minha escolha. O serviço de quarto é bem feito, embora, se saio do quarto depois que a camareira já saiu do andar, sou obrigado a avisar na recepção para que o mesmo seja feito, pois ela não volta. Normalmente a aparelhagem funciona bem, com exceção da fechadura que costuma dar aborrecimentos. Apesar da internet ter decaído, ainda é razoável. O quarto é pequeno e quase não há lugar para desfazer as malas. Apenas 2 cabides, parece que não querem que você leve muda de roupas. Voltagem de 220 V em todo o hotel. TV só programação aberta. Boa quantidade de luminárias, mas para mim faltam tomadas. Não importa a localização do quarto, a opção pelo tipo de janela escolhido não privilegia a vedação acústica e o barulho é aborrecimento constante. Trocaram parte dos travesseiros, mas não deixam travesseiros de diferentes tamanhos no quarto para que o hóspede escolha qual é melhor, são sempre iguais. Poderiam usar lençois com elástico. Pia com água quente. O entorno do hotel é uma área muito degradada. Tem muita formiga em alguns quartos. Os hotéis em Belo Horizonte que já tiveram ótimos preços, subiram muito com o fim da pandemia, hoje sai mais barato ficar em hotéis no Nordeste com praias do que em Belo Horizonte.

Depende do valor da hospedagem

Fui bem atendido e o café da manhã é muito bom. Os arredores do hotel me deixaram com receio de sair à pé durente a noite. Faz muito barulho no quarto por causa do movimetno intenso na Avenida Antônio Carlos (que fica muito perto). Tem que valiar custo - benefício.

Funcionários educados .. Banheiro horrível, roupa de banho e cama encardidos, a toalha estava fedorenta. Café da manhã razoável, mas nada tampado, então o mosquito fazia a festa. No geral não gostei muito.

Hotel muito bom, quarto aconchegante. Oferecem estacionamento porém as vagas são limitadas e não são reservadas por quarto, se você sair e retornar um pouco mais tarde tem que deixar o carro na rua. O café da manhã também é muito bom com diversas opções.
