Third time at this Hotel. Booked premium rooms on HB which are well worth it. Staff welcoming. Evening meal variable on quality but always a good choice. Very enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend.

My 3rd visit to this hotel was another positive experience. I was travelling solo so ended up with a much smaller room than previously, but was ok and did the job for 3nts. Pool area and food spot on. Probably will return again next year.

Nice hotel in a nice area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the pool was good. The food was decent but a little average - some more variety would have been appreciated. Some issues I had: I emailed the hotel (once via Expedia) as we were arriving late and wanted to let them know and enquire about food options on arrival. No one ever replied to my emails. On arrival, we were told we had been “upgraded” to a Premier room but I had actually booked and paid for a Premier room so there was no upgrade. We were told by pool staff that we could not book one of the private beds (cabanas) in advance. They could only be booked on the day, in the morning when the pool opened. However on the day we wanted to use the cabanas we were first in line only to be told all beds had been reserved and booked the day before. The inconsistency here was frustrating. There was lots of building work happening in a neighbouring hotel which was very noisy and caused lots of traffic. And the entire beach area was closed for the whole duration due to construction. Had to walk 20 minutes for the nearest beach. Despite the above, we did have an enjoyable time here. Nothing special but not a bad hotel.

Ibrahim at stir fry section for vegetarian took all care to cook dish and went extra mile to make it spicy change the spoon and sauces .Food selection good for spain hotel . the entertainment team one lady army not active and missed a lot of activities .room selection for sea view ignorned and tried selling premier rooms .hd a view of cactus and back street .Was told not to ask for ice alone at bar so want us to buy drinks everytime .
