Can't be more disappointed. Room made me nauseous as soon as I stepped in due to the freshener chemical smell and specifically booked for the hot tub after 8 hours of driving to find out closed. Front staff fellow was unfriendly and on the brink of rude....... Room was very noisy overnight Would have cancelled if Expedia allowed

No hooks or closet rail to hang clothes. TV didnt work; called front desk for help and no one answered. Refrigerator froze all my food. Bed super uncomfortable and hard. Lighting in the room was all harsh super bright blue-white light. No extra blankets and only very thin blanket on bed. No hooks or rails for towels.

I stayed at the motel for one night, but it was a very unpleasant experience. During our stay, my son and I were unable to take showers because no water came out in the bathroom. That night, I reported the issue to the front desk. The staff member responded, “There’s nothing I can do about the problem. The manager will be available at 8:00 AM tomorrow. You can speak with her then.” The next morning, I spoke to the manager about the situation. She said, “The maintenance person will come and check it out.” However, no one ever came. When I went back to the manager to check out, I mentioned the water issue again. Her response was dismissive: “There’s nothing I can do. You’re all set to go. If you have any issues, contact Expedia.” This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had during my travels. The manager showed no responsibility for the issue. As a result, my son, who couldn’t shower, kept scratching his dry skin throughout the night, which worsened the condition. I now have to take him to a doctor because his skin is bruised.

Walking distance to downtown town is convenient. The property had several sketchy looking people hanging on the street next to the property. All in all a decent stay ☺️
