The value for the dollar was good. The breakfast was good except out of apple juice and no sign on the machine so it dispensed water. The pool and hot tub were good but needed some cleaning. Had hard water or calcium build up above the water line and the timer for the hot tub was lacking information. Turned it on using the top button and it only stayed on for 3 minutes. Disappointing. There were no pool towels available unless the very small towels in the towel exchange in the lobby were supposed to be them. The biggest drawback is the curtains in the room do not close and there is no blind or anything to block out light. Only sheers and that does not block out any light. Also, for females in the room it was not a comforting feeling thinking if the light is on in the room someone from the outside could see shapes and possibly more thru the sheers. At least install blinds.

The hot water heater was broken and we rented the jacuzzi suite so we could not use the jacuzzi after we drive hours to bend for the suite and tub. They wouldn't move us to a room with hot water. The pool was slimy and dirty as well and was not item 24hrs like we were told before booking. The manager said that they would be giving us a refund in a week or few days and never did

The room was fine but it had a bad odor. I think it’s the carpet that smells but overall I enjoyed my stay. The pool which said was heated was not. It was cold so couldnt get in it so didn’t get to enjoy it with my daughter. Breakfast was this ok. I loved that there was flavored creamer. Could be nice if coffee would be available all day.

Honestly, you get what you pay for. We were only staying for one night as a quick stop, and it met all of our needs. The rooms were okay but outdated, and the coffee maker was poor. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast got the day started—thankfully, they had the waffles!

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is conveniently located for our journey. The staff is always great and accommodating. The facility is clean and comfortable. I travel with my dog and it is very pet friendly with a sizable pet area around back with bags and dispensers. Shopping is conveniently located across the street. We will definitely stay here, again.
