Bad business
The room was excellent,it was really big and cozy.the mgr.,the staff were not as friendly.Make sure your batteries are charged in your vehicle or they will call the cops on you and have you trespassing if not.The day we checked out our car wouldn't start,cause our batteries were dead from sitting in there parking lot for the past 7 days.So,it took us a little longer to get off there property.they treated us like criminals,that's bad business in my eyes.

The room was extra big, everything about the Shiloh was exceptional.The pool was a little too cold for me,but the hot tubs and the sauna was perfect.I will be telling others about this beautiful,and amazing hotel

Hotel was in good location but is very old. Check in was easy and the gal who helped us check in was super sweet. We didnt use the pool but also looked dated. Bed were actually pretty comfortable.

Great location, but the rooms are extremely dated and dirty. Lots of little holes in the Sheetrock. All appliances appear to be from the 1970’s. Walls and furniture were dirty. Will not stay there ever again. Very pricey also.

This is the dirtiest motel I have ever seen!!! Very smelly, only one towel, no shampoo, soap, no glasses, or coffee cups. The carpet was stained and filthy. Also the toilet did not flush we flushed manually. And there is of breakfast not that I would have eaten it anyway

Rooms do not look like the pictures, dirty
Not a clean place at all. The bathroom was still dirty. We had to go get toilet paper from the front. Very dated, stained carpet on the floors. Bed was uncomfortable. The hot tubs were cold and didn’t look very clean. No trash cans in the room. The only good thing was the customer service from Kit and the gal that worked this morning. They were very nice.

Guy who checked us in was weird as heck.... And there was no one present when we went to check out. The room itself was decent enough, the view on the riverfront balcony was beautiful. And the jacuzzi suite was all my wife wanted for our wedding anniversary, except it wasn't very clean. Even trash left in the sink and trash can, and dirty floor. Dated, needs some upgrades and deep cleaning for sure. Cobwebs everywhere we looked. Cold hot tubs in the pool area.

The hotel was extremely filthy. We had booked several rooms there to stay for a conference and we ended up having to move everyone, because it was so dirty and disgusting! Take your money and go somewhere else, otherwise you will be completely frustrated and disappointed!

The room was so dirty and outdated. Blood stains on our sheets, top sheet wasn't even on the made bed, we had to find one and put it on, no soap, no cups for coffee, broken smoke detector, broken sliding door screen, kleenex box in bathroom was empty... Floors were so gross, could hardly get the faucet to turn on. I could go on. Don't stay here.

I've stayed at a Shilo Inn previously at a different location and that experience and property was fantastic so I was excited to stay at this one. I was so sorely disappointed in this property, room and especially the front desk agent. He was rude, unhelpful and in a 3 night stay there was no maid service - no replacement of used towels - nothing. The room was not clean, the chairs had rips in the arms, the room was filled with cobwebs, the back patio wall was filthy and I killed two very big wolf spiders. It's just like the property manager hasn't been in the room for years and doesn't care. To stay in a hotel is a rare treat for me and I specifically chose this name brand to stay at for a work conference. While the training I attended was amazing, I didn't look forward to going back to my room at the end of each day. That front desk guy needs a customer service 101 lesson!
