Property was conveniently close to the airport however our room was right below the office and we could hear staff all night including walking, opening and closing closets, talking, etc and got about 2 hours sleep before our overseas flight. No rest and the room was not that clean

An average airport hotel. I would have rated it three stars overall due to condition of the property, basic amenities and one surly staff member, but the breakfast was amazing. That alone gave it an extra star. A better breakfast than even the Grandeeza Hotel in Brno. They had a spread of everything you can imagine hot and cold - even crème brûlée .

Booked because it was right at thee airport. I was told by the front desk staff that I had to park in the parking lot for checking in and that I would not have to pay the daily parking. There really was no other place to unload but in the parking lot. I tried to leave to return my rental car but could not get out of the parking lot without having to pay for the whole 24 hours. I tired to straighten this out with the front desk person but had to pay for the whole day.

Nice for being so close to the airport. They do not have a spa/ sauna though, despite what it said online. And our fridge didn’t work and smelled moldy

The staff this pm was not helpful at all , the wheel of my luggage was broken therefore it was so heavy to carry and walk a 23 kg luggage back To the airport . I have understand they have no shuttle bus as she explained to me , but I always check in to other hotel they can help ring a taxi but this girl plaint said ‘ no’ and was frowning all the time . I had to pull a 23 kg luggage to the airport . When I checked in at Marriott Courtyard , the staff offere help in giving direction where to buy a luggage , very professional compared to Hokiday inn

Clean, decent hotel, if a bit run down. Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed here for a single night while waiting for a connecting flight. The hotel’s proximity to the airport was the reason I chose it. To see the beautiful Prague, I would choose a place in the city center.
