This is an excellent hotel which is maintained immaculately. The staff are super friendly and huge shout out to Sarah in guest relations, Sayan and Baby at Cur8. Somewhat mixed experience
Hotel was newly renovated so looks clean. Bed is comfortable. But housekeeping standards/ SOP needs to be ironed out as my room wasn't cleaned despite the house keeping alert light being switched on. Saw staff wiping food from breakfast table onto the ground and simply left them there. Restaurants and bar was great! Food and service at both was also awesome especially with Jithin at Far & East. I fell sick and Rachel from Customer experience was very helpful in getting me medication. Also bumped into hotel GM in the lift and his service recovery and following up with hospitality feedback was great.
