Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed per consumption.

The Space:
Centrally located holiday home with private pool. A very nice house at the end of a dead end.

There is a large roofed balcony with a nice view and a beautiful barbecue terrace.
The pool is located in the lower part of the property and has a spacious sun terrace.
Internet is available for the tenants. Parking place in the property.

The house has a living-dining room with air conditioning and a wood-fireplace for the winter month, kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.

The heating for the winter-month is about a fireplace with wood and the air-condition (warm/cold).

Casa near beach and sea at Morari, Alicante/Valencia coast
The Casa is mostly about the outdoor space, which is lovely and the pool was perfect. Inside is fairly small ( bedrooms/ bathroom/ kitchen ) but adequate for our needs.
