Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 51 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Final cleaning/key delivery 120 €
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 80 kwh / week for electricity additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November - March the expenses for elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The Space:
Charming terraced house with private garden and direct access to the community pool. From the terrace and the pool you have sea views.

The house is in a very nice residential area at the foot of the Cumbre del Sol.

It has 1 living-dining room (with heating and air conditioning, open fireplace) and American kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 1 bathroom.

Grill and Internet are available to tenants.

A small dog (up to 10 kg and more than 1 year old) is allowed on request.

Cosy house with beautiful views
We had good contact with Gislinde. All instructions were on time and complete. The house is generously equiped with whatever you need. A bit more basic kitchen ingredients would have been nice as well as one more kitchen towel. The outdoor space was huge in comparison to adjacent properties. Overall a highly recommendable house to stay in.
