We had three rooms. They all smelled like cigarette smoke, like the floor used to be a smoking floor. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told that people who smoked would be charged a “cleaning fee”. Why don’t I get this fee off the price of my room if I’m the one that has to smell the smoke?

Everything was good. The only complaint was that there is not a coffee maker in room or complimentary coffee in the lobby. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, but then you’re stuck paying several dollars for a black coffee every morning.

Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the manager/front-desk personel who was working the Tuesday afternoon shift around 1:00. She handled a very tough customer who was demanding to be checked in early, to his wheelchair accessible room. He ranted and raved about his "ill treatment", but what I saw was a concerned and caring individual try her best to accommodate him, despite his behavior and that the room he wished to check into early had not yet been cleaned. The cleaning staff hopped to, and extended themselves above and beyond to allow her to satisfy this very grumpy and entitled customer. A

A code was required to enter the lobby restroom s, so it was very neat and clean. Starbucks available right off the elevator. However, it doesn’t accept a Starbucks gift card. Quiet bar and dining area. Rooms near and clean, fridge, safe and coffee maker in room. As with every place, not enough hangers. Would stay here again. Right across from all public transportation.
