Todos os atendentes muito bacanas e gentil. A moça do café da manhã, super querida. O quarto era para mim e meu companheiro. Nos deram um quarto compartilhado para ficar compatível ao que pagamos. Porém queríamos mesmo um quarto maior. O que ficamos era muito apertado. Limpo e a cama boa. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito.

O hotel estava lotado, então deveriam colocar mais funcionários! Reservei 5 quartos. O meu quarto foi reservado com camas separadas. Confirmei ao fazer check in e ao chegar no quarto era com cama de casal e não dava pra separar as camas. Liguei 4x para a recepção. Expliquei várias vezes que estávamos cansadas e que queríamos descansar antes de jantar. Qdo estávamos saindo, foi autorizada a troca de quarto. Achei desconsideração, pq além de eu ter feito a reserva, confirmado com a atendente… tinha quarto sobrando e nos deixaram esperando por mais de 1 hora…Não entendi por qual motivo deram para os quartos que foram reservados pra casal, quartos conjugados com 2 camas e 2 banheiros e nós que precisávamos de 2 camas, nos deixaram num quarto com cama de casal. Enfim, apesar de cobrarem por estacionamento com manobrista, no sábado nos deixaram esperando MAIS de 1h pra buscar nossos carros, um absurdo! Além disso, nos quartos de solteiros, tb aconteceram coisas que eu nunca vi em hotel: num quarto deixaram um pano de limpeza no banheiro e noutro nem retiraram o lixo do banheiro… e no check out qdo minha tia idosa foi pagar uma água mineral do frigobar, cobraram R$20,00 dela. Qdo ela questionou, a atendente disse que os preços do frigobar eram caros. Daí, eu fui questionar… e me explicaram que tinham cobrado além da água por uma cerveja. Enfim, depois que fui questionar foi estornado o valor. Achei um absurdo, não condizente com a rede Laghetto que deveria ter melhor qualidade!
