Review for Expedia: Overall, a great place to stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. However, one small drawback is that the TV is not a smart TV, which might be inconvenient if you’re used to streaming services. If that’s important to you, be sure to bring your own streaming device or plan accordingly. Other than that, everything was great.

A good value. My Berlin friend says this location isn’t really what ppl consider Mitte but it was really convenient and the subway is close by. The rooms are perfectly fine and the breakfast’s very good. The bar area is good although the seats aren’t that comfortable. All the staff members were very nice and it was a good experience. Are some cute little coffee shops to the left on both sides of the street as you leave the hotel but didn’t have time to stop in them. Area right around hotel is pretty uninspiring but I didn’t really care.

Perfect stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The breakfast was a highlight—there was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, from warm pastries to freshly prepared eggs, fruits, and local specialties. The breakfast area was clean and well-organized, and the staff was attentive, always ensuring everything was well-stocked. It was the perfect start to each day, giving me plenty of energy for exploring. The quality and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with an exceptional breakfast!

Great location across the street from the Märkisches Museum U-bahn station and just a couple of blocks from Spittelmarkt, where there’s a really good little Vietnamese restaurant. We loved that they provided turn-down service by preparing the pull-out couch for our child while we were out sightseeing. The room was a good size and we had a nice view of the cityscape from our top floor perch. Staff were efficient and courteous. My only recommendation would be to discontinue the use of heavy perfumes in the reception area. Some guests are fragrance sensitive and for me that was the only disconcerting aspect to our stay.

Amazing hotel, the staff were all lovely, from the ladies on the desk to the housekeepers that looked after the rooms. Our room was spotless and we were given free goodies in exchange for not having our room made up every day, an idea that I thought was brilliant! Location was perfect for either the underground or walking into the centre. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for an amazing stay.
