The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was a guest laundry. The breakfast room is small but if you didn't mind either taking your meal to your room or sitting in the main lounge area, the reduced seating wasn't a problem. The food was good and the staff kept restocking so no-one need be concerned about getting what they liked. What we liked is the fact the room was large and had two chairs to sit in, with a little table as well.

Great Hospitality
I arrived way after check in due to a 7 hour drive... I was scared I was going to lose my room, however, I was buzzed right in and my key cards were left on the counter with a friendly note with instructions. Since I had prepaid for my room I was all set. The room was very clean, but, beds were a little too hard for my comfort.Very friendly staff, Than you for your hospitality!!!

Weekend Getaway
Our stay was very good. THE MOTEL WAS CLEAN AND EVERYTHING WAS AS IT SHOULD BE. We would definately stay there if we were going to New Hampshire again.

Great Stay.
The location could not have been better. Right next door is a plaza with a big grocery store and a liquor store. There is more than one gas station/convenience store, and a few fast food outlets. The room was comfortable but average. The continental breakfast had a good variety.

The room was clean and comfortable. Motel was quiet, smelled good, and well-kempt. Staff were very friendly and accessible. Continental breakfast was decent. Affordable price and a very good value. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick stop on our way skiing
I was looking for place to stay over night on our way to Bretton Woods. The reviews seemed like this would be a nice, clean place to stay. It was a great choice, with a free breakfast. I would definitely stop here again when I return.

The staff should follow up on guest that stay out back drinking and cutting up half the night, I personally won't be back. This hotel is for racers and racing fans.

Nice Little Place!
This was the perfect getaway spot for our long weekend. My daughter and I visited Santa's Village, which was only a 10-minute drive away. This motel is within walking distance to the only 2 restaurants in town, a Dunkin Donuts (yay!), a Rite-Aid drugstore, and Shaw's supermarket. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Where else could you stay in Lancaster, NH?
The Coos Motor Inn was at a convenient stopping point on our fall foliage viewing tour of New England. The room was fairly large, clean and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities, including A/C, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was limited to toast, cereal and a few muffin varieties, juice and coffee. We found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Excelent stay quiet and great scenery
I would recommend it to Stay there instead of Norh Conway which is about 1 hour away and Motells and Inn of equal quality are $50 to $100. more.

Nice Hotel... I'd stay here again.
Spent a great deal of time trying to find a nice hotel at a reasonable rate, in the area. Coos fit the bill. Nice firm bed. Clean washroom. nothing fancy. Breakfast was fine. Pillows were the only complaint, too soft for our liking. but others may just a matter of taste. When we are in the area... I'd say here again.

Good stay
A well put together place to stay in the wooded area of New Hampshire. Room was perfect and the continental breakfast was filling for a family with 2 little boys. Good stay and worth the pay.

Little dated but worth the price they met all our needs... We had three families all grouped in rooms near each other. Continental breakfast met all our needs which was pleasant . The rooms were as close to soundproof , as you could hope for! We felt totally safe....and the rooms were very clean.

Fine for one night
Hotel was clean. Room good size but small bathroom. Breakfast was meager at best - frozen pancakes, English muffins, cold cereal and some fruit. Unfortunately no other place in town for a hot breakfast. For the money, it was fine for an overnight before Santa's Village.
