Best thing about this hotel is the amazing buffet.
Received a chilly welcome with little info on breakfast times, gym, elevator location. Then kept waiting 20 mins whilst they sorted new deposit system and had to be forceful about not being charged a €450 deposit in error at check in. Asked twice if room definitely had a roll out bed as booked and confirmed by email but got to room and no extra roll out bed. Thin cheap old towels and not enough for all 3 of us. Towels not delivered when phoned room service. Corridors and ornaments dusty. Room not serviced on one of our 3 nights. Manager gave complimentary drinks for check in issues but bar staff were rude and unwelcoming when they saw the vouchers and weren’t keen to tell us the variety of soft drinks on offer. Drinks then came no ice and warm.
Hotel is well located for the Ku Damm shopping and the buffet was superb
