Basic hotel and room. Ok but it felt soulless as there were no staff when I arrived. Saw one woman in the kitchen area who seemed to be the only one there. Area was ok and safe enough, local restaurants were few and far between but local Italian was quite good. Room was hot when I arrived and could not open windows enough to get fresh air in

Overall the stay was ok. But the first day my shower had a hole and there was water all over the place. The bathroom lap was broken due to the water, at the beginning the solutions were really limited, at the end they fixed it. The room service has really limited hours, so if you missed them, you won't get service for that day. The room service staff is super nice, the service at front desk not so much. I do not recommend this location for tourist at all. The closest town is nice tho, like 20-25min in bus ride.

I had a good one night stay at the place. The bed was good, everything was clean, I only missed a little refrigerator in the room since it was a hot day. Breakfast was good and diverse at 10 Euro extra per person. The best way to describe the place is functional. With some unexpected charming corners such as the restaurant roof terrace. Good value for money if you are in this part of Berlin.

Nice economy hotel in Berlin
I like the hotel and stayed there several times. It is economy style in a distance from the center but this location suites my purposes. Breakfast might be a bit richer in choice for the price but most important it is fresh and tasty. Hotel is clean and warm. Room is not very spacious but you can find everything what is necessary for a short stay. Internet disappointed me. Iphone was not connecting but the computer yes. Some surprise was at the door as you check in via terminal at the door without any contact with reception. Good that terminal is user friendly and everything works easy but the payment can only be done by the bank card.

We came from Berlin Brandenburg airport to the hotel at 10:00 PM. The hotel door is closed. We rang the bell for 20 minutes. Nobody open or response. We see the receptionist man inside through the glass door. We knocked on the glass. He saw us but did not open. We rang the bell again. He answered through the speaker and asked do we have reservation. We answered yes. He asked for the number. We gave the reservation number on hotels.com. He said the number is not on his system. I asked him to check for the reservation name. He said my name is not in his system. He refused to open the door. It's cold outside and we waited 45 minutes in the cold weather. Then a guest in the restaurant saw us waiting outside for so long and witness the whole thing stand up and come out to open the door for us. We came inside and I asked the receptionist man again. Are you sure there is no reservation? If it's not we will go to the hotel next door. This is terrible service. He check his computer again and said yes. He gave us a room which seems like not clean up from previous guest. The phone line is disconnected. He made the whole thing like in a scary movie where people get in the wrong turn, be at the wrong hotel at the wrong time and meet the wrong receptionist. We can not sleep the whole night. In the morning, the restaurant is closed and locked. There is no breakfast service even we paid for breakfast. This is the worst hotel ever. Unbelievable.

This is a basic hotel so don’t expect any frills. The room was clean but the corridors didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a while and looked tired and tatty. Service very helpful and friendly.
