Great place to stay. Very central for onward travel etc and within easy access of most landmarks. Only issue we had was the cost of breakfast options. Very expensive!!

The family suite was a great set up for our days in Berlin, and the hotel was in the perfect location to access from the train. It was also a short walk to lots of locations of interest. Access to The Level was also appreciated as it was a nice stop when looking for a quick snack or a few moments out of the room at the start or end of the day. We did have an issue with the shower sprayer moving around and turning to point out of the shower during our stay, and the shower edge was too shallow to prevent splashes by the toliet and other parts of the bathroom. Room service also only gave us only decaf coffee pods. Neither was a large issue though, and the pods were replaced promptly by room service when they were notified.
