Fabulous place. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Close to main metro station. Loved everything, except we had just stayed at a hotel with a magnificent bed and pillows, so these beds didn’t feel so great. Pillows felt like you had to deflate them from all the air it would somehow build. Weird to explain, but otherwise fantastic.

Its about a 10-15 min walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof or a short 1 stop bus ride. There's a simple Italian restaurant but there's a couple of cafes nearby & also a doner kebab food truck usually with long queue.

A quick walk from Hauptbahnhoff (Main Station) so super central, easy to get to from anywhere in Berlin with one S- or U-Bahn ride. Also a bus line right outside the hotel door. Next to a store so convenient for food and wine, but not much else in the area. Great staff, big rooms, big shower, air conditioning!!!

Modern hotel with good facilities. Breakfast was ample with a reasonable amount of choice. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Access to hot drinks only after 11.30pm which seemed odd- earlier would have been preferable.

WOW!!! This is such a great hotel!!! It has a great and charming 'modern/euro' look, super fun, laid back and looks brand new. Great and comfortable room. Outstanding and safe underground parking and great handicap parking. Hotel staff is AMAZING!!! Extremely helpful, friendly and they go out of their way to answer questions etc. for confused tourists like me. Bar is open 24/7. Price is fantastic. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean, however, the room air conditioning was not working. We were there three night and we reported the lack of air conditioning three times. The response we received was that “it should be” (which we were in full agreement with. Finally, the third time we complained, a technician was sent to our room (the 2nd night) and he told us “the air conditioning is not working.” It was at that time that we were allowed to change rooms.
