Close to the main station and open 24/24. Very accomodating staff regarding our late arrival around 1AM (our train was delayed). Pretty and quiet rooms.

Great hotel with lovely staff
Close to the station, the hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. It had a little restaurant downstairs that did pizza And other dishes. Fantastic hotel.

Very clean. Convenient to transportation. Not a lot in the area but there a couple of Places for breakfast and an excellent Vietnamese restaurant nearby.

Great location room like a sauna!
Great location and fabulous staff. The room was just far too hot. No AC and only way to cool the room was to open a window which worked to a point but you let in the noise of the surrounding area. Not a great nights sleep for the 3 days we were there.

Only about a 10 minute walk from Hbf the location alone deserves 5 stars! The staff was also very kind and professional, and the property was new, nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

100% recommend
The room was clean and reception was welcoming with comfort sofas and desk. . Even after check-out, I was able to have a rest for a while in reception area. Also It seems like all staffs caring their customers’ need and attentive. And the hotel provides fresh sparking water and mineral water for 27/4. Free coffee for the morning. It was so touching services for tired travellers. It was so impressive! Also it was only 10mins’ walk from the central station. 100% recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay, extremely eco-friendly. Not the most central location but an easy 10 min walk from the train station/tram line to take you anywhere you need to go! Area was very clean and quiet. Would recommend!

A great find close to Berlin Hbf
This is a really great hotel. A short walk from the train station. We arrived late and were pleasantly pleased with their restaurant. Their lasagna was great! They have a morning buffet breakfast that was delicious. So many German food choices that it was hard to decide. The rooms are comfortable and have multiple places to spread out suitcases etc… The staff is very dedicated and helpful translating to English. A well run hotel. We would stay here again.

Brilliant place to stay, rooms were so modern and comfortable, great location just 10min walk from Berlin HBF, 24hour nature of the lobby was ideal for a short city break for night owls

I didn’t like the neighborhood. It wasn’t safe. I abhor cement buildings. My room was slightly larger than a walk in closet. The bathroom was miniscule and barely functional.. The red plastic gnome statue glued to my ceiling right over the bed is inexcusable. Self serve bar…no thanks. No telephone in the room…safety hazard. Skinny dark hallways. This property sucks. How it got a 9.6 rating on Expedia is a mystery to me. It’s a solid “2” and that’s generous. Have them refund my money and maybe I won’t send a letter to their corporate office, if they even have one

Amanzing Cozy Hotel
The Hotel was very modern and had great lounge areas. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Hotel is close to the main Central Station, but a good 30-40 minutes walk to the main attractions. However, Uber is cheap and reliable.

This was a fantastic hotel, beautifully furnished and had everything we could have asked for. The restaurant was nice and free coffee / water was a nice touch. It was walkable to the main train station and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely 5 star worthy!
