the property is fine. I just recommend a portable air-condition because it is very hot and we cannot hardly sleep at night. Electric fan is not going to reach on the second bunk bed. I was miserable because of heat.

I had a nice stay in a 4 bed room :-) The vibe walking up to and in to the Hostel is very chill and the Welcome area is nice. The staff is super cool, there is a minimal priced breakfast available, beverages and snacks for sale and the common area is set up nicely. Speedy WiFi is a plus. I’m also thankful they stored my luggage for me for the day at no charge. It is in a nice area close to public transportation, restaurants and shops. Their park in the center of the town is nice. It is easy to get to all the attractions and places of interest by bus, tram, underground and/or train. The carpet needs to be cleaned in the room or removed. I found an old contact lens on the floor and there was wax on various parts of the carpet. There is a 4 euro bed linen charge and minimal City tax charge. The elevator is small but this is an older, refurbished German building. I would stay here again and recommend others stay here is well. x

Hostel is in good location. Multiple super markets around. No kitchen however. No where to get even hot water for tea. Have to make your own bed upon arrival as clean linen is provided in the bed. Super nice check in staffs. Bathroom looks clean but smelly. Is this a factory turned hostel?

The staff was everything you could possibly ask for. The common areas are as beautiful in person as they look in the photos. Bike rental was very convenient and the bikes were in good condition. I stayed there 6 nights in a row and have no complaints. Really cool spot.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. However, I did not expect to pay for the towel because in the description towels were included. Maybe they should update the information that only private rooms include towels. Everything else was fine.

Has a really cool lounge area that is half inside and half outside and which is especially great during the warmer months. People at front desk were very nice. I stayed in a 4 person room. Quite small and without AC, but otherwise it was okay. Bathroom is very basic. On top of what you pay, there is a 2 euro charge for towel (optional), 2 euro charge for lock (optional), and 5 euro charge for city taxes. Walking distance from a great park - Tiergarten. Mall, restaurants and bars close by. Not in the heart of the city, but easy to get there by public transportation (10 minutes).

A cool home away from home
My friend and I LOVED staying here. We each booked our own room but loved the hostel vibe. I arrived about 4 hours before my friend, and by the time he got there, I had made friends with almost all the guests! Staff were really friendly and helpful. It's like being part of the family when you're there. Loved the decor and all the Zz plants in the lobby! My shower was super tiny though and I kept knocking the tap and got burnt, and I found it strange that there was no soap. But otherwise I couldn't fault the place!
