This 1970's beach house is located in the tree canopy with ocean views to the east. It harks back to a different era when life was less complicated and more relaxed.
The house is located on a slope above the off street parking (2 cars), with about 40 steps to get to the entrance door but the climb is worth it for the view from the large newish deck area.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master and 2nd bedroom have a queen size bed, the 3rd bedroom is more of a bunk house with single bunks. The bunkroom has a separate entrance on a different level to the rest of the house.
***Linen and towels are NOT provided, doonas and pillows are provided.***
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove top/oven, dishwasher, air fryer, toasted sandwich maker, electric kettle, toaster and microwave oven.
The lounge has a L-shaped couch, wood heater, board games, ceiling fan, split system reverse cycle heater/air conditioner and 75 inch LED HD TV panel.
The bathroom has recently been renovated, the toilet is separate. There is also a hot and cold outdoor shower.
The house is on tank water which passes through the tree canopy and is captured by the roof, some people prefer not to drink it and make other arrangements. Others drink it without issue.
No smoking, no pets, but there is plenty of bird watching. Swamp wallabies and kangaroos have been know to frequent the vacant block next door and the National Park across the road. Koalas reside in the trees next to the house as do a number of native bird types.
Outdoor fires in any form for any reason are STRICTLY prohibited, including on the deck area.
