Not at all happy with two different members of breakfast staff. Petting dogs and then carrying on with their duties. No hand sanitizers used. We were there two mornings, witnessed this each morning. One of the ladies even brought a dish of food for a dog before petting it. I find this totally unhygienic. We stay at your hotel many times a year. Have always enjoyed our stays with you. But this may make us reconsider.

I recently stayed here and had a great experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and provides everything you need for a short stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a cosy bed and a nice workspace. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection, with fresh and tasty options. The location is convenient, especially if you plan to visit Bicester Village, which is nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. The only minor downside was the charge for parking, which was a bit surprising given the location and the number of available spaces. Aside from that, I had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend this place for its great value and comfortable accommodations!

Better for a couple than a family
Nice modern hotel. Room size was too small for a family of 4. Not enough space to walk from bed to bathroom. Lots of new building teething problems. Snagging not done properly. Eg bathroom door catching on floor tiles & not shutting. Bad smell in bathroom. Staff seemed to be aware of issues. Breakfast was good
