The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. Room is a basic double bed with a desk built into the wall and a small fridge. And that’s all there is room for. Bathroom is regular sized. If you don’t expect to spend much time in the room except to sleep, this hotel is well worth it and you won’t be disappointed at all. It’s also very centrally located and walkable everywhere.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorragende Küche mit fantasievollen sehr leckerem Angebot. Perfekter, freundlicher und äusserst kompetenter Bedienung inkl. Weinempfehlungen (Grazie Rebecca). A great property for our one night stay whilst driving between locations and free, secure parking was a welcome plus. Spacious rooms plus very helpful and friendly staff.

Alagna Mountain Resort & SPA provides nice facility and exceptionally friendly staff. Serving delicious breakfast and dinner on site and offer complementary activities scheduled at the hotel and around the village Excellent recommendations on activities and restaurant.

Good hotel to stay at. Staff very helpful. Room were good size and breakfast was good. Would recommend.parking was undercover and lift to get to hotel. Very convenient.
