I BELIEVE THAT THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE EVERYONES STAY FOR AS MANY NIGHTS NEEDED BECAUSE OF ALL THE AMAZING VIEWS AND CONFORTABLE LOUNGES WHERE YOU CAN SIT AND ENJOY YOUR STAY AS WELL WITH THE COZY AND SPACIOUS ROOMS.

This is a very clean organized hotel that opened in early 2024. It is in a good location, but not quite walkable to anywhere. The rooms have a kitchette that are well supplied with dishes, cutlery and a handful of kitchen utensils. They offer a buffet breakfast that is basic but offers decent, healthy options.

Summer vacay. Hotel was great. It was clean front desk customer service was the best. Indoor pool was great. The courtyard outside area was such a great place to hang out with lots of seating and a grill to use and very relaxing after a long day next to the fireplace and make s’mores which the hotel supplied.

Issues with the room keys, keys did not work two days in a row. Staff was friendly but was never present at the front desk, a button needed to be pressed in order for staff to come up front. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Overall it was a great hotel for families, with the indoor pool, movie nights and free smores kits

Spacious room for a family!
We went up to Big Bear for a few days to have a relaxing vacation. We loved the Smores kits at night. I loved the coffee machine. All of the staff was super friendly. And we loved our room!

Love this hotel!
The receptionist and the lady who served in the kitchen area were sooooo nice and friendly! The gentleman who worked the overnight shift was so helpful and nice. The hotel is clean, new and nice. Will be back!!
