I loved the location, right across from the Ria Nervia and the park that runs along it. Great views from the fun, colorful rooms. Even if you didn't have a room facing the park, it'd be a great location because you just cross the street and sit in the park.

Located along the river walkway, it was a good central location for me to plan my day trips from. Staff was very accommodating. One of the days the room was not re-made, was not sure why. Very comfortable space.

Myself and 2 friends had a triple room. The en-suite within the room has frosted doors that aren’t sealed so not only can you see silhouettes when showering/going to the toilet, there no sound proofing. This can make it very awkward for couples or friends. This was the only complaint for the hotel. There was a great selection for breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and location couldn’t have been better. Everything is walkable!

Reception staff, were amazing. Helpful and couldn’t do more to help. Parking is costly and the prices need to be made clearer before booking. Very tight and small spaces. Pet friendly- the reason why I booked. However there was no mention of the additional cost of 25Euros when making the booking. Cost brought to my attention when checking in. Think the cost of a pet should be on the hotels information before booking. Hotel bar and restaurant was awful. Service unbelievably slow, limited menu and the food is clearly pre packaged, heated up then served. We could hear the food being microwaved and taken out of its “ready meal” packaging. Partners lasagne was ok, my pulled pork sandwich was stone cold and couldn’t eat it. Don’t think I will stay again.

Nice hotel let down by a stressful parking experience. The booking does not provide information on parking - once we had found the garage underneath the hotel, it was full, we had to buzz reception and it took us 40 minutes with an out of service street parking meter to find a street spot and work out how to pay and park. The room was nice and clean. Tea/coffee provisions were a bit measly - we were given two coffee pods but one was decaf.

Aunque las ventanas de diferentes colores son un distintivo por afuera del hotel, el estar en un cuarto con iluminación natural verde no fue agradable. Fuera de eso, fue un buen lugar.

Immaculate clean and minimalistic property, with a calm ambience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, walking distance to all main attractions and sightseeing in a safe area. Will return to this hotel next time.

Nice but not great
This hotel looks great from the outside and lobby, but is tired inside and in need of a refresh. Our room had deeply worn carpet and the wall coverings were coming off in places. The air vent for the room had a fair bit of dust on it - easily seen and cleaned if anyone looked or cared. The e bed was comfortable. No iron or steamer, which is an oversite for any hotel - clothes get wrinkled in suitcases. Of the 3 hotels we stayed in while in Spain, this was in a distant third place.
