Guest services was very friendly and helpful. Room exceeded our expectations with really comfortable bed, thoughtfully laid out, excellent rain shower and nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good with wide assortment of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, meats, cheese and drinks. This is an outstanding property and would highly recommend

Convenient location and a solid room
Excellent location close to the Euskalduna Conference Center and restaurants/bars. Good, quiet spacious room, but the trash can in the bathroom was not in good working order. The breakfast had very good hot and cold items but there were no vegetables.

The location of the hotel was extremely poor, being right next to a disco that didn’t close until 4 AM. Many young people gathered below to drink, smoke, and chat, severely disrupting our sleep. We were unable to fall asleep as our room was on the side closest to the street. It was a terrible experience, and even the police couldn’t help!

Location is good, although not tourist centric. We liked the bathroom is well isolated (double doors) Breakfast is good and clean. Not enough parking but there were parking lots outside.

Good location for Guggenheim.
Good location close to Guggenheim and metro/ tram. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. But no parking available when we got there so had to park 15 mins walk away. Need to advise of this before booking. As ev charging and parking one of main reasons for booking that hotel. Otherwise would have stayed in the old quarter.

The parking isn't user friendly. There's one narrow ramp for both entry and exit and especially on exit it's almost impossible to ceoss the gate witbout doing some maneuvering. We were luxky that there was never somebody going the other direction when we were on the ramp. Other than that it was a nice hotel

Old hotel that badly needs updating. Not in a bad area by any means which was convenient for activities, but the actual stay at the hotel was pretty poor. AC hardly works and the roof felt perpetually humid. Wouldn’t stay again.
