Great welcome to Bilbao! Efficient shuttle service from the airport, eventhough the hotel shuttle was unable to transport my bike. No problem, a taxi handled it well. Check in fast and friendly. Room is new with cofortable bed and good shower. Next morning the gentleman at front office arranged for taxi service to accomodate my bike to the bus station in Bilbao. Great extra service, thank you! Highly recommend this hotel!

Different System with lights and air condition, you have to use the door key in a slot for the lights and air conditioner to work inside. Take the key out and everything was off so the room was very steamy, feel like the air condition didn’t work, blow air only

I only had a short overnight stay between flights. The person who checked me in was not friendly or helpful in the least. It was a burden to request an Americana and water that still cost 3,50 E. I know it can be tedious and quiet in the overnight, the person behind the desk at 03:30 was sleeping while staring at computer…. Overall the place was clean but customer service is awful.

The motel was lovely. At first we were confused about how to turn on the power, but we got that. Later, we were unable to turn on the air conditioning, but I didn't call the desk because it was the middle of the night. Also, we were counting on the shuttle to the airport, but didn't realize it only started running at 5 or 5:20. We had to get a cab, because we needed to be at the airport earlier.

Convenient place for a night closed to the airport
Nice and clean. Good for a day closed to the airport. Do not expect much, no fridge, $2 for a small bottle of water and breakfast is pretty basic.

Worst experience in Spain
We booked double bed and it was apparent that there’s plenty of rooms but we were provided with one. Check in took 40mins and even though there was a male avail staff, he just acted thst we didn’t exist. Initially I gave the benefit of doubt thst he didn’t speak English, but apparently he discriminated Asians! The experience was HORRIBLE

Arrived late into Bilbao but before the shuttle bus service stopped so called the hotel and they said it will be 15 minutes. Still waiting after 35 minutes then decided to get an Uber

The best thing about this hotel is it’s one of two that are close to the airport and it offers a free anirport shuttle service. Outside of that it’s a very bare bones hotel with limited amenities. Not the cleanest not the dirtiest. Just did the job to get us to our next departure.
