STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! We checked in and went to our room, the room was horrible, stuff all over the floor and the floor itself was disgusting! we asked to me moved, and we were, right into another filthy room! As a professional cleaner myself, I would venture to say the floors had not been vacuumed in months! The 2nd room even had dried toothpaste on the floor! If we compare this hotel to the next Best Western we stayed in the following night, in Havre, I would say this owners in Laurel do not want or card about this franchise any longer. We will never go back!

When we arrived we were informed that they would be shutting the water off at 9am for a water leak. If we had known that we wouldnt have booked there we had planned on sleeping in. When we went down for breakfast at 7:30am the kichen staff said oh good you made it, again when checking in they didnt tell us they were shutting breakfast down at 8am instead of 10am. Someone in a room next to us was smoking weed and it oozed into our room

Staff great, some areas are a bit worn looking. The bathroom had mold and some reddish pink substance on the ceiling. It appeased someone had cleaned the red areas but it maybe stained.

Rated cleanliness lower because there was 2-inches of water in the tub that house cleaning missed. I’ve never had that in 50 years of traveling. Otherwise a good place. I have stated here several as l times over the past 13 years. Will likely defy again.
