The pool was lots of fun. Beds where comfortable. Staff was friendly. The cleaning that was done in our bathroom was bad, lots of hair on the ground and dirty toilet. Could have been just a one time incident.

The hotel was under construction. The rooms were disgusting. Against my better judgment, I scheduled through the app, thinking it would be OK. Based on previous reviews, I didn’t get the same feel that others had. I stay in a lot of hotels for work. And this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Jennifer in the lounge was AMAZING! We stayed a Sunday night and the restaurant was not open. The lounge had perfect sport bar ambiance, delicious food and excellent service!! It would be nice to have brighter lights in the pool area. It was very dark. The rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable! The coffee shop was fantastic also! Great price and taste on coffee! Can’t wait to stay in the future💜

Perfect customer service
We are local and LOVE coming here! The pool attendant is always positive and welcoming. This morning, the gal who was generous enough to come turn on the waterslide for us, early, also was kind enough to zip up and buckle my daughter’s life jacket fedora she went on the slides! Rooms are always good. Nothing beyond exceptional and that’s ok! The staff onsite when we are there, blow it out of the water!

The front desk attendant was helpful and friendly and the lobby was warm and welcoming. My room was recently updated and was quite nice. The shuttle to the airport was froendly and easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly helpful staff. Cafe food was good and stone fire place in the lobby was wonderful. Only issue was the water temp in the shower fluctuated. Otherwise the experience was pleasant. The 24hr airport shuttle was very useful for us.
