Outstanding hotel in the heart of Downtown Billings. Staff is prompt and courteous, rooms are clean, and amenities are great. The location is excellent to be able to walk to everything you want to see Downtown. I have stayed here many times in the past, and this hotel has consistently performed very well.

Overall I enjoyed the Northern Hotel but I would’ve liked a mini fridge in the room. Other than that, the location was great and the employees were excellent.
