Riversage is near downtown and very close to both of Billings' hospitals. I was having surgery so we stayed here the night before my operation. Checking in was quick and easy. I actually forgot my credit card on the counter, but when we called, they had found it and kept it for me. They made me show my ID when I came back to get it, which was nice, because that demonstrates a good sense of security. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is standard hotel fare, but it's done well and they obviously take pride in their work. We checked out later in the morning, so I had some interactions with the cleaning crew on our floor, and they were extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Front desk person that checked us in was very helpful with the UBER App. Basically was hands helping schedule early morning transportation to the Airport. Morning front desk was very courteous and helpful as well, with receipt.
