Losing its Golden Touch
I've stayed here many times before and had a good experience, so I chose to stay here instead of the host hotel for a conference. Still, this hotel has made no updates since my last visit and doesn't prioritize cleanliness or functionality like it used to. The room was very dusty, and no one ever came when I asked for a dusting. I also had a phone that didn't work, forcing me to go to the hallway or front desk anytime. It was a bit of a disappointing experience because I had such a good experience with the hotel on my previous visits.

Staff in the restaurants were wonderful. The customer service window in the casino and some of the security personnel, not great. It was real inconvenient to check in to the hotel due to it being on the second floor. Other places we visited has hotel check in on the main floor.

Liked the pool, the restaurants, and area. Our room was next to a second pool that was closed. Even though it was closed, the music played 24 hours and the staff could not turn it off or down. The towels smelled bad. Not dirty just bad.

After I figured out a closer parking area to get into the rooms it was great.The pool was so nice to just sit out in the sun.I only wish there was an elevator near the pool instead of the parking area.Everyone I met was wonderful and friendly.I live in Gulfport and I liked staying there.

The location was perfect for our visit and the staff was fantastic. My only complaints were that the bed was way to firm for me (but you can’t please everybody in terms of beds) there was no shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the bathroom (normally I bring my own on long stays but we were only there over night) other than those issues it was fine, but if I need a good comfortable sleep I probably would not go back bc the bed was not to my liking.
