We didnt like much about the casino or the hotel. The garage is on the other side of the casino so you have to walk thru the casino to get to the hotel. Very inconvenient.
The room was crowded with furniture but nothing comfortable. The tv got few channels, the clock didnt work, the lamp shades were not attached to the lamps well, the lights were dim, especially in the bathroom, the tub was dirty, the floor in the bathroom had spots and hair on it, the soap dish was streaked with soap that hadnt been cleaned well, the shower door had rust and corrosion on the hinges and the glass was streaked. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable and the linen was clean.
The staff at checkin wasnt welcoming and barely answered questions. The staff at the Customer Service at the casino was worse. They didnt explain anything. They asked for our driver's license and then handed us the player's card. There was no explaning the benefits and especially no welcoming to the club or literature about the casino. The staff around the hotel and casino was not friendly. They didnt return hellos much less offer any greeting. Overall a poor, terrible stay. Will not return. There are too many other great options that are so welcoming.
