Room was very nice and clean however the first room we found that the shower did not work. Maintenance was quick to come but said we should not have been put in the room. He took care of getting us a new and room and keyes but we did have to move rooms. New room was great. Loved the view of both rooms of the pool and the gulf.

The staff checked us in early with no problem. The room was fine and clean, but the room freshener smelled like it was some kind of scent to cover up a smoking smell. It was somewhat unpleasant when we first walked in but did weaken as the day progressed.

First room the door didn’t work. Moved to another room. Carpet was ripped, bathroom dirty, room didn’t smell good and the room’s definitely need a refresh.

Rooms are in poor condition. Furniture worn, carpet has tears,thread bare in areas, bathroom faucets and sinks need repair. Risk manager should go into rooms to assess how dangerous rooms actually are,such as slippery wall mount in room 616 jacuzzi tub, towel racks that spin and wobble, etc.

Our room didn't have Robes it was freezing outside, but AC was on in the room, and the thermostat kept flipping back to air when you set it to the heater the restaurant suger gave us a night time menu but didn't have nothing but burgers
