The staff was amazing, they made a huge difference in my experience. I have pictures of the our initial room which was previously damaged, dirty, and stained. This property was nothing like the Orlando resort, but the staff was professional and willing to make things right. If you’re going with kids I would suggest somewhere else, the smoke did cause issues due to asthma and of course it is a casino so the “spirits” are enjoyed throughout the day and night by guests, making it a little noisy. I can not say enough great things about the staff though.

The air conditioner would not cool down the room. The shower faucet was on upside down, therefore it took 2 days to figure out why the water wasn’t hot even after calling maintenance. Room looks rough. Tears on furniture.

My stay was good. The only issue I had was when we checked in, our room wasn’t ready so we waited and was called once it was ready. We had to get back in line to obtain our keys. Also, I booked this room based on the amenities in the room. One being bath robes. There were none. I inquired about them and was told I had to request them at check in?? I was also charged more than the price at the time of my booking. Overall a good stay.

Awesome Stay
We went for Christmas Eve. The price for a King room great. When we got there the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. It was a great room and nice stay.

When we arrived, there were no reservations They said they had one room only and it was canceled The other four rooms were not even on there so we had to book 4 more rooms through Hard Rock at $250 apiece because we had nowhere to stay

Not as great as it used to be, but doable…
Hard Rock felt a little run down this time. We’ve stayed here before a few years ago but it just felt poorly maintained all around from a room experience. There was caked up soap scum on the glass shower doors at least 1’ up off the ground which may sound nitpicky, but the rooms sort of show off these beautiful, oversized glass showers and it just looked terrible. The toilet had a constant running and would barely flush, the TV remote wouldn’t pull up a guide; just had to up and down between channels. Knobs on hardware were falling off and furniture was knicked everywhere and just ragged looking. Truly it felt like a little more upscale room than a motel 8. I mean, as far as my expectations go. The casino itself and entry are clean, staff is wonderful and very kind, but rooms definitely need a deep clean and refresh for what you pay to stay there. Comfort wise, it was as expected. Nothing fancy, bed was a little firm but linens were clean and pillows were food sized and comfy.
