With three designer bedrooms and enough beds to sleep up to ten guests comfortably, this single-story home is great for family vacations and friends traveling together. Each bed is topped by a memory foam mattress to ensure great rest during your stay.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, handcrafted furniture, a spacious closet, and a 40'' TV. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a mirrored vanity.

The second bedroom has a sleek metal twin-over-full bunk bed. This room features pops of color, high-end linens, and a large window that fills the room with natural light. Bedroom three is a gorgeous blend of blues, grays, and whites and features a king-sized bed and a large wardrobe so you can unpack your belongings and feel at home.

The second full bathroom is located in the hallway near the kitchen and has a bathtub/shower combo. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized bed to accommodate additional guests. There is also one twin-sized roll-away bed and a pack n' play available for the young ones.

The bright and airy kitchen is the heart of the home. This modern kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, modern appliances, and drawers stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to cook delicious meals during your stay.

Brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy it out on the patio, or use the stove and microwave to reheat leftovers from Felix's just down the street. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat as a family, and small details like the chrome finishes, chic tiles, and large windows make it as stylish as it is functional.

The kitchen flows right into the living room. This central hangout spot features comfortable seating, a beautiful brick fireplace, coastal-inspired accents, and a plush area rug on top of the hardwood floors. Your family can binge-watch their favorite shows on the Smart TV or break out the board games for a family game night.

If you're coming to Gulfport, chances are you'll be spending a lot of time outside. This home offers plenty of outdoor lounge space to enjoy. Sit back with a good book or your laptop on the shady front porch that overlooks the yard and neighborhood, or order takeout and eat together outside. Large trees dot the property, creating pockets of shade in the front and back. The backyard has been transformed into a beachy paradise, complete with white sand, beach chairs, rope lights, a picnic table, and beach-inspired decor. Enjoy happy hour out here with friends, or sit together and eat dinner while the kids and your furry friend play in the fully-fenced backyard.

Dog Requirements:
• If any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask prior to booking.
• Please let us know number of dogs, breeds, sizes, and ages.
• 3 dogs maximum per stay.
• Dogs are typically $100/stay for the first and $50/dog for additional, however we reserved the right to increase or discount based on size and length of stay.
• Confirmation that dogs are actively on a flea preventative during their stay is required.
• Expectations are for all pet waste to be removed from grounds - bagged and placed in trash bins - prior to departure or additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Unfortunately, due to insurance requirements, we are unable to welcome dogs that are primarily Pitt Bull, Rottweiler, German Shephard, Doberman, American Staffordshire, Akita, Great Dane, Chow, or Alaskan Malamute.

If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival.

• Potential for noise: please be aware that there are train tracks adjacent to the property. You will hear the train during your stay. There is also a bar across the street and to the corner - they generally have a crowd on Saturday nights and make noise in the late afternoon/evenings.
