We ate at the Bayview restaurant. Our server, Nelly was excellent. Our room was comfortable, except that the cold water faucet would not turn off. And the shower doors were very hard to open and close. The bed was comfortable. The ladies at the check-in desk did not seem very friendly. But they did do a quick and efficient job of checking us in.

The hotel was average nothing extravagant. Stayed there years ago and it was in better condition. Hotel showing its age. Clean but just average. Light switch in bathroom was very dirty. Casino was quiet and tight.

This Thanksgiving, I had the opportunity to visit Biloxi, Mississippi, a charming city that left me pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was smooth, and we were assigned Room 1120, which had an exceptional view of the ocean. if one thing could better with customner service i would say the staff need to be more inviting and personable. It almost seemed kind of cold when staff is dealing with customers. From our room, we could see Boomtown Casino across the water, a convenient option for guests looking to explore another casino without traveling far. Boomtown is known for offering favorable odds and is a great spot to try your luck while sticking to a budget. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, however the vent for heat rattled so loud you could not watch TV and run it at the same time. The bed was spacious and came with an extra pillow for added comfort. Storage options included a convenient top shelf in the closet area, perfect for keeping personal items tucked away. However, one notable drawback was the lack of a microwave in the room. If you want to warm leftovers that will not be an option

Hotel was good overall. The parking in the garage was a little trying as often vehicles were sticking out into the driving lanes. It probably wasn't build for modern vehicles. The elevators were quite old and it was often difficult to know what floor we were on. The displays need to be replaced. Breakfast was good but pretty pricy. We really liked the Christmas decor all over the lobby. Lots of nice photo opportunities.

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
The first day my Family and I arrived we were greeted by Michelle her customer service was amazing. Our 3 rooms were very nice and clean. The choice of restaurants, food and customer service was excellent. The only problem I had was my mother and I have a disability and handicapped parking was limited. You all have VIP parking for the casino guests. What about your guests who are playing and staying at your resort? My family and I spent at least $1200 or more at your establishment. Due to limited parking in your parking lot I had no choice but to park in your garage on the 5th floor all the way at the end where I had to walk to the elevator unacceptable!! I will be reaching out to the corporate office.

Excellent service from the desk. Very nice and helpful. Overall was a good stay. Small issue with broken bathroom sink handle was broken and would not always shut off. Other than that is was pleasant stay and would come back.
