We booked the property for the hot tub and pool. It was an 85 degree day on the Ms Coast and the pool was closed for the season. I tried to talk with staff a d they told me that’s what I get for booking with a 3rd party such as Expedia. Garage smelled like urine everywhere and food was very overpriced and not good. Our non smoking room was very smoky and parking was difficult. Did not feel safe in the garage

Today’s experience at IP is top notch! From check-in to casino staff and even bathroom attendant super friendly and engaging. Room was clean and bed super comfortable! We really love staying and playing here!

We ate in the Cafe multiple times Brook,Eliana and Justine we awesome servers, We enjoyed several nights gambling with Dewayne,Shelby, Taylor and Ben. our bartenders Sa and Chris were friendly. our housekeepers Anna and Marissa kept our floor nice and clean.
