Not having valet parking was a BIG inconvenience and not having the convenience of accessibility to restaurants was disappointing. Quality/location of restaurants was poor. Studio A on one floor, Studio B on another floor and having restaurant on 32nd floor from some restauranrs on 1st floor. Very confusing for short or long stay. I will not consider returning.

The only drawback was we booked King bed Non-Smoking and when we arrived it was unavailable and they gave us a Queen 2beds non-smoking. Wish the food was all on one level and was easier to find. We didn’t win a Million but we had a good time.

Overall the service was good. The stay was great. The only negative thing that I could say is… housekeeping knocking on the door at 9 am , when check out is at 11 wanting to clean the room. I didn’t request for an early check out. The housekeeper was already next door cleaning.
