The lady checking me in was the sweetest! My room was amazing, spacious and beautiful. The view from my 17th floor room was spectacular. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

They do not clean clean rooms during stay. And you need to beg for additional towels. When we informed them sheets were dirty, they brought sheets and said we could change them. Trash built up. No microwave and refrigerator wouldn’t stay cold. They were ambivalent about any issues we had. Requested Smoje Free floor but, it smell of smoke and STRONG MARIJUANA
