The sheets were so nasty. Burn holes in non smoking rooms, hair and even an ass crack stain. We saw 3 different rooms and all were gross. We didn’t stay and luckily had insurance so we got our money back.

The room was nasty and not at all was it was supposed to be! The tub and toilet where broken. Refuse to refund us the 2nd night when we didnt stay we checked out maybe 2 hours after regular check out time on saterdayinstead of sunday like suppose to. Guy was very rude when we was checking out i dont recomened to anyone!

The room was FILTHY, with surfaces not even wiped down and the floor was very dirty. We booked a NON smoking room, and the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, and the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag. We checked in VERY late in the early am hours after a long drive with an infant and a toddler, and after traveling with babies, we were exhausted so decided to just get some sleep and address the issues later in the day after some sleep. When I went to the front desk, the man was extremely rude, and told me that coming up this late after check in was “on me” but he would send someone to clean in there, which did happen. Will NEVER stay there again.

I ask for tissue the housekeeper did wanna give me none and I ask for clean towels being there for two days the housekeeper argued with me and didn’t give me none I had to go buy some and I reported her to the front office they were as rude and ghetto as the house keeper I packed me and my kids and left and got another room were money and time it was awful!!!!!!

For the price it was good. I did the pre-check in online but when we got to the motel it took the person checking us in about 10 minutes doing i dont know what. We finally got our room key and qhen we got to the room it was all unmade. I had to go back to the office and then ittook him another 10-15 minutes to get us another room.
