They apparently had some good rain the parking lot entrance was flooded so bad it tore up the plastic protection on the underside of my car. I’m upset but I don’t know if there’s anything I can really do about it. The first night we got there kinda late, the lady at the desk was nice. We got in the room and there were dirty wash clothes on the sink. Not sure the beds had been changed but we didn’t see any bugs so we went to sleep. The next morning I stripped the beds myself and pressed to get clean linens. We went across the street to Walmart and bought towels and face cloths. I will say this, very low cost, quiet, convenient to stores, food, and beaches.

Photos online are misleading. One staff member was very argumentative. Dirty bathrooms, showers, and sinks. Water leak in faucet and behind bed. Mold in pool. Stained towels, very old. Uncomfortable bed. No hangers. Had to get door key reset every day.

I chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and had decent ratings. My original room had a wet floor due to the AC leaking, it was switched to a new room very easily with no issue. The new room was dry, but not very clean. Stain on the mattress, burn holes in the cover, base of the bed had drip stains, bathroom door was covered in marks, there was dirt on the base of the lamps. There were no bugs however, and it was less than $200 for two nights in a good location.

DO NOT STAY HERE, VERY FILTHY
The stay was very uncomfortable. It was very dirty. Dust everywhere, stains on the pillow cases and bedding, floor full of dirt, shower was dirty with hair left in it, coffee pot was filthy, no ash trays in smoking room, walls dirty, door dirty with previous persons order sticker left on the door. So needless to say they didn't clean anything in that room after the previous people before me checked out and lord knows how long it been since it was clean cause the dust was that bad everywhere. The complementary breakfast wasn't appetizing at all. There was only one somewhat friendly person at the front desk. They weren't very welcoming during check in or out. The beds in our room definitely weren't queen size they were full size beds. The pool water was very cloudy. Plug in outlets were loose from the wall. Holes in the walls, etc. It was a mess and Overall a very uncomfortable stay. The hotel was absolutely the downside of our vacation. Wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. Quite disgusting to say the least.

What a horrible property! Strained carpet, stained towels, the towel rack in the bathroom was hanging off the wall on one side, the wood bed frame looked like it had been attacked by termites with wood shavings on the carpet, the bathroom door frame was black from dirt, and the light fixtures on the bedside tables were rusted over. Horrible place!!

The facility is unkept, filthy, the beds are hard, pillows lumpy, sheets are hard and scratchy, the coffee makers dont have holders, the refrigerator doesn't work well, or it freezes your food. The microwave is so rusty, the turn table doesn't turn. The management are a family that are unaccountable and accusatory when something doesn't work right or ehen house keeping takes your personal property, then says they don't know where it is. The so called breakfast is some stale cereal and bread. The coffee is weak and the creamed is powdered. All prepared by some old guy with disgusting long dirty finger nails who barely speaks english, but he sure can raise his voice at you when you are trying to resolve a problem their neglect created. I would never stay at another motel 8. Wyndham has surely reached the bottom if the barrel with this establishment.
