I stayed for the night as I was in town playing a poker tournament and the hotel was first class. Check in and check out was extremely smooth and staff member was very friendly. Excellent all round.

The noise levels were ridiculous , couldn’t really sleep due to the noise next door , hallway and the people outside my window. I went reception twice and no body was there. Will never book here again Also outside the front the entrance there were rats the size of squirrels running around. Disgusting

Better than average but could improve
Nice, clean room, staff are professional and polite, the location is ideal for my visit, and the food is of a reasonable quality if not outstanding. It was noteworthy that the towels in the bathroom are both soft and of a decent size. The bed was a bit spongey, the pillows too hard, and the duvet too heavy. There were only two sweeteners with the coffee, which isn't enough, and the onscreen information is out of date. Signage within the hotel is poor.
