A very comfortable and cosy stay at your Coventry Branch. A good bed with excellent shower facilities. Hotel was pleasantly close to the city centre and the staff were welcoming, kind and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Now my go-to for the area
Had more become my go-to night-out in Coventry. 10 mins walk to station, close to eateries, good quality condition, comfortable warm room, everything working. Short24hr menu but the burger, chips and salad deal is the same cost as local takeaways and top-drawer quality, decent beers on draught. Decent breakfast.

A solid 3/5 stay
I stayed for a solo business trip and found the hotel to be perfectly serviceable. The staff were extremely helpful and it is well located for those who need to access e.g. Coventry railway station or university. The decor is a bit tired and the rooms' amenities could be upgraded, but the price reflects this. Improvements could certainly be made to the air con/heating system, which seemed wholly ineffective.

No problems with the hotel, stay or facilities for me. Points I’d mention were upvc window didn’t seal adequately letting in a draft, no recycling facilities offered, and hot water temperature way too high - just a minute adjustment of the shower mixer would go from tepid to scalding.

The staff were not very welcoming but most importantly there was a horrible smell from the strange bathroom unit. It was a smelly of dirty pipes and when you opened the unit door it pervaded into the room. I remember this from a previous stay

All as expected, nice, clean, comfortable etc...the only down sides were that the TV in the room didnt work. The lighting was very bright, there was no dimmer or small side light....and lastly the surprise parking charge on top of the booking! Maybe there was a TV charge I didnt pay!?....
