Tried to convince me that a queen size bed was called a king size in their facility. The room was 82° when we walked in and the smell was horrific in the first room. They showed us the room with the queen size bed and argued that it was a king size!

We registered 5 people and only had 3 bath towels. Shower was weak. Everything smelled damp and mildewed. Beds were like boards. Miserable sleeping experience. We asked to cancel when we checked in and saw how bad it was and were denied. I’ve been charged Twice for over $400 on the wrong card overdrawing my account. They said it’ll take 2-3 business days for the refunds. In the meantime I’m overdrawn. Charges show up immediately and refunds take 2-3 business days? Not satisfied. Worst experience. Horrible. Should get full refund.

Room were great but slow on returning deposits
When we arrived the room was ready. We had a room with no carpet which is what was wanted. The room was great. We was only there for one night. The staff was professional. I have not got my deposit or a receipt back as of today which is Thursday. I was told that my deposit would be returned as soon as the room was cleaned and the receipt would be emailed because it was booked online. We was there Monday and checked out Tuesday morning. We will book again if our deposit is returned back soon.

Our stay at Sleep Inn was very good. The room & bathroom were clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked for more towels after the 1st day of a 3 day stay. Was very happy that we could stay there with out polite, litter trained 2 year old cat (for a fee: $25: per day extra, plus a refundable pet deposit if $ 100, refundable sometime after you check out. I recommend this hotel.
