Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We started with the pullout bed. The mattress was so old my kids couldn’t ever sleep on it. The king bed had a mystery stain of dried up fluids on it. I’m glad I didn’t have a black light with me! I did get a fresh sheet from the front desk.
We were eating dinner and my kids couldn’t get the bathroom door open cause it seemed locked. I told them to ask the front desk for the key and the lady was rude to them and belittled them because it was just a hard door to open. Our room door and all doors on the property have swelled in the humidity and are hard to open and close. The front desk told us breakfast was at 6am which was great because we had to leave by 7 am for events. Well no breakfast is at 7am on the weekends so we had to find breakfast on the way to the events instead of eating at 6am.
We have stayed in roughly 3-400 hotels in the last 25 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. 0/10 would not recommend staying there. If I could post a picture of the mystery fluid I would. So nasty! The sheets were clearly not changed.
Room was decent- bathroom could have been cleaner. Front desk staff pretty disinterested in check-in & check-out process. Didn't give any info. upon check in & at check-out said she could not print me a receipt due to how I booked. And if it was true fine...but her delivery needs a lot of work. Just don't remember that being something I've been told anywhere else before?? On an up note, the breakfast buffet attendant was a lovely girl .... very sweet & friendly!
