Check in was quick and easy. Room was dirty and dated. Black mold in the corner by the window. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We asked for extra towels (2) since there were 4 of us (2 adults - 2 kids) and they had none. Lights did not work in our room, neither did the fridge. Only perk was breakfast Pool NOT worth it, also felt dirty.

Shower was not clean, toilet water kept running and never stopped, spiders everywhere, people misusing the pool area and front desk not caring about it when it was a safety hazard, the parking lot was not plowed and/or de-iced, I almost fell.

The chef Corey and aaistabt Angel were great people. I can provide pictures of the worn couch and dirty floor mat in Room 112. I went to the night clerk with pictures. He did not offer a different room. He said he would talk to manager and housekeeping. Very lame

I always like staying here
I read the reviews before I made my reservation, I've stayed here several times before and enjoyed it, but was disappointed when I read the bad ones because I've never encountered a bad stay. The motel was built in 1975 so you can't expect new conditions, but in it's day this was the top of the line place to stay and I feel it still is a very nice motel for the price. The hot tub is probably the hottest one I've been in which I like, the breakfast is better than most continental ones, and our room was comfortable and clean. I don't expect pristine conditions so yes, there is some mold under the caulking in the tub, but that doesn't even touch you so it's all cosmetic. I will gladly stay here again as it's a good location and has a great pet policy
