The property is undergoing repairs. Limited amenities. Not a true all inclusive hotel. False advertising of wi-fi. It is only available in the lobby area not in the rooms. The TV only has 4 channels and no internet for you to stream movies from your streaming service. The staff and management was nice and tried to be accommodating since we complained about false advertising and the limited amenities however they didn't or couldn't do anything about the internet in our rooms. It was my birthday trip and this hotel made it disappointing.

Not as glamourous as I was expecting
The hotel is currently undergoing some major renovation, so there is a lot of construction going on. Not sure if this was the cause of so little staff working, but there was rarely anyone at the front desk, and the spa was closed. There was also no internet connection at all, and the tv reception in the room was terrible. It must have been a very nice place in its heyday, but it is pretty run down at this point. The views are still gorgeous however.

I enjoyed my stay , even though I asked for a room lower by the water and didn’t get that my stay overall was great , the beds were comfortable the staff was friendly we spent most of our days out on the road but it was lovely. I hope they can update the bathrooms .
