Luxurious stay

Fantastic room, even a slight sea view as well! Was given a room on second floor, room is well laid out nice tv and a small sofa for chilling out, very comfortable bed! And a good sized desk with chair so I could get a hours work in with the laptop.

Hotel a great place to stay,very clean hotel that is run and managed to a high standard,great parking opposite and hotel located in walk distance to many bars and restuarants,well worth staying here and i would recommend to others.

Twin Room

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and very modern. We used house keeping each day and the room was in excellent condition. WiFi in the room was also excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet offered a wide range of cold and cooked breakfast items. This is self service but staff are on hand to assist, for example my son wanted the pancakes warmed up and they just did it straight away. We booked a visit to Show Town via reception. Ricky was amazing and booked it really quickly and gave us a discount on entry to museum. We purchased tram passes and the lower ground floor has a door that leads you out to the North Station platform, make it quick and easy to get out and about. There is also two bus stops by the hotel if you prefer the get the bus. Overall our stay was amazing. Would highly recommend to others.

Staff have poor customer service skills, particularly in the restaurant- would stay at the hotel again as great location but wouldn’t bother with the over priced awful food. Refunded my meal after I sent it back TWICE.

It was 26 degrees in the afternoon and during the night my aircon shutdown at midnight and I had to get up to re start it, I woke again at 6am in a sweaty mess because it had shut down again. The service in the restaurant was awful, I had to ask for my initial order to be taken and was only offered one drink. I was asked if I wanted to see the desert menu but again had to ask to have my order taken, no more drinks offered. In the end after my bill was brought to me I had to ask to pay!!!! Not a great experience
